Game Overview

Le Fisherman is an online slot developed by Hacksaw Gaming, featuring 6 reels and 5 rows. The game uses a Cluster pay system and offers a maximum potential win of 15,000 times your bet.

Slot Features

Super Cascades

Whenever a winning combination occurs, all regular symbols that form the win are removed from the grid. New symbols will drop down to fill the empty spaces, creating opportunities for additional consecutive wins.

Golden Squares

When a win is awarded, the positions behind the winning symbols turn into Golden Squares. If a Rainbow symbol appears, it activates all Golden Squares after wins have been collected. These activated Golden Squares reveal Special symbols, which may be Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond Coins, as well as Green or Gold Clover symbols, and Bucket or Global Bucket symbols.

When an Epic Rainbow symbol appears, Special symbols are revealed on every position on the grid. The activation for Rainbow and Epic Rainbow symbols follows the same process.

Every Coin symbol represents a cash prize, paid as a multiple of your bet:

• Bronze Coins: 0.2x, 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x
• Silver Coins: 5x, 10x, 15x, or 20x
• Gold Coins: 25x, 50x, or 100x
• Diamond Coins: 150x, 250x, or 500x

After all Golden Squares have been revealed, Clover symbols are activated. Green Clover symbols multiply all Coins or any Bucket and Global Bucket symbols on adjacent squares by one of these multipliers: x2, x3, x4, x5, x10, or x20. Gold Clover symbols apply the same multipliers to all Coins and Bucket or Global Bucket symbols anywhere on the grid. If no Special symbols are present to be multiplied, Clover symbols will activate later once symbols are available.

Next, Bucket symbols activate. A Bucket symbol collects the total value of all Coins and other Buckets and Global Buckets on adjacent 3×3 areas around it, storing the sum. Buckets activate in order from top to bottom and left to right.

After Buckets have activated, Golden Squares can reveal new Special symbols, repeating the above process. Buckets that have already been activated will not collect again.

Global Bucket symbols, if present, activate after Buckets. A Global Bucket collects the values of all Coins, Buckets, and other Global Buckets on the grid, storing their combined value. Global Buckets also activate from top to bottom and left to right. After Global Buckets have activated, Golden Squares can once again reveal new Special symbols if applicable. Each Global Bucket only activates once.

After all activations, the sum of all Coins and Bucket values is combined and multiplied by your total bet, granting the final win. Once payouts are complete, all Special symbols and Golden Squares are cleared from the grid before the next spin.

Bonus Game – On Thin Ice

This bonus is triggered by landing 3 FS scatter symbols simultaneously, earning 10 free spins. The bonus follows all base game mechanics, and Golden Squares are progressive, remaining on the grid until a Rainbow symbol activates them. Additionally, the Big Catch Bar, situated beside the grid, increases by one each time an FS symbol appears.

Each new level reached on the Big Catch Bar when a Rainbow symbol has activated transforms it into a special symbol corresponding to the level:

• Level 0: Rainbow functions normally
• Level 1: Rainbow becomes a Green Clover symbol
• Level 2: Rainbow becomes a Global Bucket symbol
• Level 3: Rainbow becomes a Gold Clover symbol
• Level 4: Every free spin guarantees a Rainbow or Epic Rainbow symbol, which turns into a Gold Clover upon activation

Each level reached on the Big Catch Bar awards an extra 5 free spins.

Bonus Game – Slippery When Wet

This feature is activated by landing 4 FS scatter symbols at the same time, awarding 10 free spins. The mechanics are the same as the On Thin Ice bonus. All Golden Squares remain on the grid throughout the feature, even after being activated by a Rainbow symbol. When Epic Rainbow symbols activate, only pre-existing Golden Squares remain after the full-grid reveal. The minimum Coin value in this bonus is 1x.

Each level on the Big Catch Bar grants +5 free spins.

Hidden Epic Bonus – Smokey Under Water

Landing 5 FS scatter symbols at once activates this feature, awarding 10 free spins. This bonus utilises the mechanics of the Slippery When Wet bonus. The Big Catch Bar begins at Level 4 and does not change during the bonus. FS symbols do not appear during this bonus round.

Special Symbols

The Wild symbol substitutes for any symbol in the paytable. FS, Rainbow, and Epic Rainbow symbols do not land on the grid together.

Ways to Win

The rules for forming winning combinations remain the same in both the main game and bonus rounds unless specifically noted. Every bet is qualified for all winning combinations unless otherwise stated.

A winning combination occurs by landing 5 or more connected symbols of the same type anywhere on the grid. Every time you win, the winning symbols disappear, allowing new symbols to drop in. This process continues until no more new wins are created.
